Shipping & Handling
Because our products are perishable, we do not ship any orders over the weekend. We offer several Fed Ex shipping options to best meet your needs, based on your location in order to guarantee the quality and safety of your King Creole Cuisine order.
All orders are shipped on Monday-Wednesday for either ground or overnight shipment. Orders placed on Thursdays and Fridays can only be shipped overnight (unless destination is in Louisiana or Mississippi, which is 1 day). However, if ground transportation is preferred, those orders placed on Thursdays and Fridays will not ship until the following Monday. For overnight or Saturday shipments, please place your request in the comment section at checkout or call directly to place your order at 504-465-9770.
Some holidays may require that we adjust this schedule.
Our shipping and handling rates are the lowest when it comes to delivering perishable foods to your door. We have developed and tested a superior packaging solution to make sure your King Creole Cuisine order arrives in great condition and safe to consume. Each custom order is packaged with a unique combination of cardboard, Styrofoam and dry ice.
At this time, we only ship to residential and business addresses in the continental United States. No international orders are available at this time.
We now offer a Pick up option at Louisiana Dry Ice & Shipping located at 5346 Lapalco Blvd. Marrero, LA 70072 (504) 333-0286. Please enter "PICKUP" in the Coupon Code at Checkout to eliminate any shipping & handling fees.
All orders have a minimum requirement of 4 bags (approximately 16 pounds, any combination.) We use an ample amount of dry ice to insure that your products will arrive in excellent condition.
Because our products are perishable, all orders are FINAL.
King Creole Cuisine is not responsible or liable for deliveries where the customer is not available to receive the order. Our products are shipped refrigerated, not frozen, so make sure you are available to accept your order on the intended delivery date.
