Returns & Damages Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from King Creole Cuisine, for any reason at all, we’ll gladly replace your purchase or refund your money, whichever you prefer.

Damaged Shipments

Step One: If a shipment is damaged when it is received from Fed Ex, the purchaser must contact Fed Ex to submit a claim immediately, and retain all packaging and products for investigative purposes.http://www.fedex.com/us/fcl/pckgenvlp/online-claims/

Step Two: Contact King Creole Cuisine to coordinate a replacement order and make sure to include your Fed Ex claim number. Because Fed Ex will be responsible for refunding the original purchase if they approve your claim, a new transaction including product, shipping and handling charges will be required.
